I've been where you are, searching for a photographer. The one who will capture those important moments, JUST RIGHT.
That's the thing I love about being a photographer -all of those moments, big or small. They are SO fleeting. Some of them, like wedding days are giant important moments, but those little moments, when your babies are laughing, or your husband looks at you in that special way. Those moments.... they are what make up our memories, our love, and our lives. Those are the things I want to capture for you.
For me, especially after becoming a momma. It's those connections that do it for me. I want the emotions of a photo to pour off the page. The embrace of a new husband and wife, the love of a momma laughing with her babies. Thats what life is all about.

About me sections always feel so weird to me. Do you want resume material, or like, first date material? I just don't know.
I do think it's important to have a connection with your photographer. If you aren't comfortable it can show. And, for weddings- well.. we are going to spend our entire day together so, it's sort of a big deal if you like me :)
I do everything I can to make all of my clients feel at ease. Even dads will leave the session and tell me how much fun they actually had. I do my best to keep things rolling. It's hard, and awkward to be in front of the camera, so my job is to make you feel comfortable. I love unposed looks. But, in order to get those, we must work through some very purposeful poses, and let the natural stuff come in between...you know.. naturally.
I LOVE spending time with my husband and kiddos! I feel like I finally found who I am supposed to be, and it's with these people...I am more than okay with being defined as a wife, and momma.
Fall Weather, country concerts, a good patio dinner, rescue dogs and iced tea are what make me happy!
